That's why the Stand Together community partners with a wide diversity of changemakers, including thousands of nonprofit leaders, Fortune 50 CEOs and philanthropists, NFL legends, civil rights leaders, Grammy-winning musicians, and grassroots policy activists.

Stand Together was founded in 2003, but our story really started more than 50 years ago. It began with our founder Charles Koch — the chairman and co-CEO of one of the largest private companies in America and a Forbes Top 25 philanthropist who has donated $7 billion to nonprofit causes over his lifetime.

Brian Hooks is the chairman and CEO of Stand Together. He is co-author with Charles of Believe in People: Bottom-Up Solutions for a Top-Down World and a TIME 100 Next honoree, featuring leaders shaping the future of their fields.
